2. Using the site
You may browse and download utilities for personal or business use, subject to each utility’s license. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or upload harmful files.
3. Community utilities
Community utilities are created, uploaded and owned by their developers. Philose reviews submissions before publishing but does not create, endorse or guarantee them. Always compare the SHA-256 value after download, scan files with your own security software, and use them at your own risk.
4. Developer accounts and uploads
To submit a utility you need a free account. By submitting you confirm that you made the software or have the right to distribute it, that it contains no malware, adware, spyware or bundled third-party offers, and that it does not secretly collect data. You keep ownership of your software and give Philose permission to host and distribute the file you upload. You can delete your submissions at any time from the My Utilities page.
5. Removal
Philose may reject, unpublish or remove any utility or account at any time, for example when a report or review shows a safety, copyright or quality problem.
6. Reports and takedown
If you believe a utility is harmful, infringes your rights or is misleading, use the “Report this utility” form on its page. We will review reports and act as needed.
7. No warranty
The site and all utilities are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
